Started in sound. Built in systems.
Sound engineering taught me how signals flow. I apply the same thinking to building businesses.
I work with early-stage companies as an operator, not an advisor. When I take something on, I own it end to end.
My background is unconventional. I came up through music and sound, obsessed with how systems create emergent complexity from simple rules. That instinct translated directly into business: revenue pipelines, operational design, partnership structures, AI workflows. Different signals, same thinking.
The work that interests me most lives in the gap between strategy and execution: initiatives that matter but have no clear owner, processes that break when the company scales, channels that should perform better.
Today that work has a shape: growth infrastructure. Business development systems, AI and automation, and the operating infrastructure that keeps execution moving. Built inside the company, run until it runs without me.
